Seiko has launched two new designs for its Presage “Cocktail” watches, which are both inspired by the cocktails created by Hisashi Kishi, the head bartender at the STAR BAR in Tokyo’s Ginza district and previously a winner of the International Bar Association World Championships.
The first design is Seiko Presage “Cocktail” Starlight Blue, which features a deep blue dial that “brought to life by the glow of starlight that radiates out from the centre, just as the bubbles in the cocktail reflect the light in the glass.”
The second one is known as the Seiko Presage “Cocktail” Sakura Hubuki, which “expresses the beauty of cherry blossom in the spring breeze” and complemented well with a light pink dial.
Both Presage “Cocktail” watches are available in two versions: the 4R35 automatic calibre with 41-hour power reserve and the 4R57 automatic calibre with centre power reserve indicator. Each timepiece also boasts a stainless steel case, a box-shaped Hardlex crystal and come in a calf strap with three-fold clasp and push-button release.
The Seiko Presage “Cocktail” Starlight Blue is limited to 1,300 pieces and will be available from November 17, while the Seiko Presage “Cocktail” Sakura Hubuki is limited to 1,000 pieces and will be available from January 12 next year.
