Most of us are familiar with Lacoste‘s iconic crocodile logo. However, the French clothing label has recently decided to give its logo a bold makeover by enlisting graphic design duo Mathias Augustyniak and Michael Amzalag of M/M (Paris) for the brand’s latest limited-edition capsule collection.
By using the Lacoste lettering itself as their main canvas, the graphic design duo has creatively reinterpreted the letter “L” as a crocodile’s tail while the “E” represents its jaws. The revamped logo can be seen in polo shirts, sweaters, wristbands, headbands, a sports bag and a pair of white L.12.12 sneakers.
The Lacoste x M/M (Paris) capsule collection will be available on November 15 via online store and Lacoste stores worldwide.
