There’s a new fashion trend in the US that has (every) American currently debating about it. That debate in question is none other than RompHim, a romper specially designed for men.
The idea of RompHim is actually created by the Chicago-based ACED Design via Kickstarter campaign, in which they promise: “Once you put it on, you won’t wanna take this thing off.” According to their bio from Kickstarter.com, ACED Design consist of “a group of business school friends who decided to try to bring something new to menswear”.
The RompHim, just like the women’s and children’s version of rompers, is essentially a one-piece garment of shirt and shorts combo. It features a front shirt pocket, adjustable waist tabs, zippered back pocket and deep front pockets. Then comes the most important thing of all: a zipper fly that allows men to pee in the toilet with nary a problem, unlike the women’s version where they need to fully undress their rompers.
At the time of writing, the US$10,000 initial budget for production has already exceeded more than US$115,000 with 27 days to go before the deadline this June 14. Here is the link for the ACED Design‘s Kickstarter project of RompHim.
