The classic black and white logo of French luxury fashion label Balenciaga has received a creative overhaul by the brand’s creative director, Demna Gvasalia. Gvasalia still maintained the brand’s signature two-tone design. Except, this time, the new Balenciaga logo now sports a bold black font set against an all-grey background.
According to Balenciaga, the new logo was “conceived in-house [which] inspired by the clarity of public transportation signage”.
“The result is a visually shortened logo which gives a simple, bold stamp to the timeless deluxe Balenciaga signature,” the brand further explained.
