This is hard to believe, but it’s true: John Malkovich does own a clothing brand. In fact, this is the same veteran Hollywood actor who gave us some of the most memorable performances throughout his illustrious career including Vicomte de Valmont in 1988’s Dangerous Liaisons, Mitch Leary in 1993’s In the Line of Fire, Cyrus “The Virus” Grissom in 1997’s Con Air and of course, John Horatio Malkovich in 1999’s Being John Malkovich.
Inspired by his own “travels and experiences, fine art and storytelling element”, his eponymous clothing brand features menswear apparel including knitwear, jacket, pants, shirts, overcoats and accessories. And according to his website, John Malkovich is already fond of clothes and fashion photography since childhood. He also studied costuming at the university and even walked the Comme des Garcons runway. Not only that, he also can be seen in various campaigns such as Armani, Antonio Miro and Prada.
