Stella McCartney has recently unveiled a new short film titled Black Park for her Autumn/Winter 2017 menswear collection.
Directed by Sean Ellis, the acclaimed British filmmaker best known for his acclaimed works including Cashback (2004), The Broken (2008) and Metro Manila (2013), Black Park follows actor Cillian Murphy as he wanders around the jungle and finds himself caught between two worlds in a Twilight Zone mode. The ominous soundtrack, in the meantime, is scored by none other than Stella‘s father himself, Paul McCartney.
The collaboration between Stella McCartney and Sean Ellis was first initiated when they met during the launch of her menswear collection at Abbey Road Studios last November. “Two weeks later, we’re filming in a forest outside London. That’s how we roll at Stella,” said Stella.
