Following the launch of Clos19 late last month, LVMH is set to expand its e-commerce business with a multi-brand website named 24 Sevres.
Inspired by the exclusive Parisian department store Le Bon Marche, the 24 Sevres e-commerce website is named after the Rue de Sevres location of Le Bon Marche in the 7th arrondissement. The site will house more than 150 luxury labels including 20 of LVMH‘s own portfolio such as Louis Vuitton and Dior. The items from the site will ship from France to more than 75 countries across worldwide.
“It’s a modest beginning, but LVMH plays a long game,” said Ian Rogers, the company’s chief digital officer in an interview.
With 24 Sevres set to go live on June 6, it will mark LVMH‘s first major multi-brand e-commerce fashion website since the company halted ELuxury.com in 2009.
