Gucci has revealed its latest pre-fall 2017 ad campaign featuring an all-black male and female models, as well as artists dressing up the brand’s flamboyant apparel collection.

Photographed by Glen Luchford, the campaign — titled “Soul Scene” — is heavily influenced by the Northern Soul, a late 1960s movement inspired by black American soul music.

The images of the campaign are also inspired by last September’s “Made You Look” photo exhibition at the Photographer’s Gallery in London, which portrayed the black masculinity through dandy expression, as well as the pictures of the young people and the parties of Bamako, Mali shot by the notable Malian photographer Malick Sidibé during the 60s.
