Diesel has launched a brand new Fall 2017 campaign dubbed “Go With The Flaw” that embraced the meaning of being imperfect.
“Being unique is much more beautiful than being perfect,” said Nicola Formichetti, artistic director at Diesel. “Change the way you look at things so even the bad becomes positive, overcoming obstacles and fears. You’ll have the best life possible.”
According to Diesel founder Renzo Rosso, he described his first experience of imperfection is back when he made his first pair of jeans by hand at the age of 15.
“Of course, they (the jeans) weren’t perfect, but that made them special and unique, like everything we have doing across our history so far. I have always been more interested in imperfection because it stands out from the crowd,” he explained.
The “Go With The Flaw” campaign also includes a short film directed by François Rousselet where you can watch it below.
