Dior Homme explores the past and the present by enlisting celebrities from different generations to front the brand’s Winter 2017-18 collection. Spearheaded by Kris Van Assche and photographed by David Sims, the campaign features notable ’80s figure Depeche Mode frontman Dave Gahan who is best known for the band’s worldwide hit, “People Are People“.
According to a statement, the brand stated: “Spanning generations and disciplines, they plot an evolution of style that subverts the classicism of Dior Homme today.”
The campaign also includes up-and-coming American actor Lucas Hedges, who received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor in Manchester By The Sea (2016), as well as models Dylan Roques and Christophe ‘t Kint.
In addition to photo shoots, David Sims has also directed a 1-minute campaign video titled #INTOTHENIGHT. Check out the video below.
