Perfume was invented in the 2nd millennium BC, almost four thousands and three years before the day I discovered this pleasant substance in a drug store. On that very day, I realized it would be the best human creation that has ever invented for personal hygiene, and since then there’s not a day that I would step outside of the house without wearing one.
I was 18, and after picking up the first perfume (or drugstore perfume, if you will) of my life off the shelf, my eyes caught another thing placed not too far away – right there, there was an array of tins labeled as “Deodorant”.
I studied one of the tins, tried to comprehend its function, and decided that this container of amazeball shall forever be in my life. As a teenager with fluctuating hormone level and abnormally active sweat glands, I literally have 2 biologically attached swamps – thank god I found deodorant before my swamps took a life of its own (remember “Swamp Thing”?)
But there came a catch. I was a freshman in a college and I had to do my own laundry. Since the day I started using deodorant, instead of seeing the usual sweat stains near the armpit area of my shirts, I noticed dry white stains on some of the dark shirts and yellow stains on the white ones after laundry.
NO WAY. What have the deodorant done to my oxter? Must be the deodorant.
I’ve experimented with different brands of deodorant, but for years, I’ve been living with this same problem. It became a habit for me to stock up new white and black shirts for every 6 months or so.
I finally saw a ray of light when I discovered NIVEA’s new deodorant in 2012. And since then, I’ve been mindlessly using the same deodorant until today. It was NIVEA Deodorant Invisible for Black and White.
It speaks volume about a product when someone can stick to it for years, and it certainly deserves support in the form of sharing here.
Different from the deodorants I’ve used before, NIVEA Deodorant Invisible for Black and White minimizes white marks and yellow stains on your clothes, to and extend that is nearly invisible. Besides providing triple protection against sweat, bacteria and odour, this deodorant was specially engineered in a way that the aluminum mineral in the deodorant formulae won’t penetrate and form hard white substance on fabrics, which can snowball into a visible white stain over time. (Thanks to NIVEA’s product developers in the lab!) NIVEA was the first brand to release anti-stain deodorant in the market, when the Black and White was launched in 2011 in international market.
To celebrate the success of this deodorant model as the Number 1 anti-stain deodorant in Malaysia, NIVEA is will be having a celebration event tomorrow at Jaya 33 at 3PM:
NIVEA will be collaborating with ZALORA online store as well in the form of exclusive “Black and White” collection fashion show, as homage to the deodorant. The men-and-women collection will feature a mix of high-street international brands as well as local fashion designers. Thanks to NIVEA, we’ll be there at the show tomorrow. 🙂
Here’s great news for you:
